Happiness comes from within. Your life events, the chemistry between the couples, and maybe your work makes you feel happy.

Science proves that even when you are not feeling good, putting a fake smile on your face will deliver good signals to the brain to develop positive energy. If a faking grin slaps your sleepy mind to wake up and make up, then there’s not much to ask for.
Don’t shut yourself out
